• Notice Regarding the Use of Certain Email Addresses: Please do not use Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Safe-Mail.net or any other similar email address for registering your PVC account. These email service providers often inadvertently send PVC communications to their spam/junk mail folders. In addition, certain country domains are blocked from our incoming email folders. For these reasons, to ensure there are no problems in sending and receiving email communications, PVC has made it mandatory that all PVC members use a Gmail email address.
